How long delivery takes after you buy from Tengaikoko: in-stock items, large and special orders, and the weekly dispatch cutoff. These are estimates, not a guarantee.

In-stock items arrive in Harare in 7–14 business days.
Large items and special orders arrive in Harare in 14–28 business days.
These are the windows Tengaikoko promises. They are estimates, not guarantees.
They are not a ZIMRA timetable. Inspections and public holidays can add time. We tell you if an order is delayed.
When we send orders
We send orders out once a week. The cutoff in our system is Friday at 17:00 America/Detroit. An order placed before that cutoff is aimed at that week's dispatch. A later order moves to the next week.
Making the cutoff means the order is in that week's plan. It does not by itself set the day it reaches Harare.
What ZIMRA publishes
ZIMRA explains how commercial imports are cleared and which documents are needed. It does not publish a door-to-door transit time from the United States to Harare.
The windows above are the whole promise: in-stock items, and large or special-order items. You do not book a carrier, and we do not publish a separate step for buying the item from someone else.
