Payment plans & financing

• PayPal only: a PayPal account, or a Visa or Mastercard in PayPal checkout. Family abroad can pay for someone in Zimbabwe.

We take payment through PayPal only. We do not take Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, EcoCash, Paynow, InnBucks, or a bank transfer, and we do not take customer payments into a Zimbabwe bank account. We never ask you to send EcoCash or pay into a personal account.

Pay a deposit to lock in your order, pay the balance in monthly instalments, and we release and deliver what you bought once it's fully paid. No interest and no credit check.

• Available on orders of $150 or more.
• Deposit: 50% of the order total, paid when you start the plan. This percentage is subject to confirmation.
• Balance: 2 monthly instalments, due one month apart from the day you start. No plan fees.
• Your goods are held for you and released only when the plan is fully paid.
• We email you when your plan starts, every time a payment is received, 3 days before each payment is due, if a payment is late, and when you're paid in full.
• Your secure plan link shows what you've paid, what's left, the next due date and your payment history.
• If you cancel, we refund what you've paid less a cancellation fee of 10% of the order total. This fee is subject to confirmation. Example, using these figures: on a $200 order with the $100 deposit paid, you get $80 back. The refund is never less than $0.
• Each instalment, including the deposit, is paid through PayPal (a PayPal account, or a Visa or Mastercard in PayPal checkout).
