US-market solar equipment is typically built for 120V/60Hz power; Zimbabwe uses 230V/50Hz. We only list voltage-compatible equipment, and we verify voltage and plug compatibility before quoting any power gear — if a US product won't work in Zimbabwe, we'll tell you before you pay.
🔋 Batteries need special handling
Power stations and battery packs are dangerous goods — we do not use ordinary delivery for them. They need certified handling (special packaging, labels, and handling rules), and we confirm the exact price and timing with you per order, before you pay. Add a battery item to your cart and we'll ask you to confirm that before checkout.
